Before you order your Henpen, find out what your local codes and ordinances are.  We can help you with that! 

If you live in a rural area, you're zoning is probably R/A for "Residential/Agricultural" which means there are no restrictions on having chickens in your backyard. 

However, if you live in a subdivision or in town it is imperative that you find out first what the codes are.  To find your local codes simply click the link below and follow these simple steps.

1.  Choose your state

2.  Choose your municipality

3.  Click on the big red button for your "Code of Ordinances"

4.  Find the search box and type in "poultry," and hit enter
