Murray McMurray Hatchery in Webster City, Iowa sells a Henspa, which houses up to 10 hens.  It has far more whistles and bells then the Henpen, but it doesn't come with the outside run space.  But, it does come with a fantastic price tag.  Less than $1,300.00!  And don't forget shipping.  Check it out at their website:

Omlet leads the industry in the plastic egg shaped hutch that can be used for anything from chickens to rabbits.  It houses up to 4 medium-sized hens or 3 standard-sized hens.  It costs a lot less than the Henspa, but like the Henspa it does NOT include the run...you'll have to pay extra for that.  The website states the Eglu "starts at" only $650.00.  Check it out at:

My Pet Chicken offers a wide variety of wooden coops.  Most of them are very attractive and practical.  Unfortunately, the come with not so attractive price tags. 

For example, compare their version of the six-hen coop to ours.  Their "Egg Lady" starts at $995.00.  And, that doesn't include the outside run.

Horizon Structures offers a lot of good choices...starting with the A-Frame coop for less than $1,000.  It holds 2-4 hens.  In comparison to the Henpen, they offer what they call the "Mini Coop" for $1,395 if you live east of the Mississippi and $1,999 if you life west of the Mississippi.  Check out their video to information on moving the Mini-Coop.
